The Purpose
To support the site management team in the day to day running of the operation with particular focus on administrative roles aiding the shift managers and debriefing of drivers.
General Duties
Manage driver POD paperwork
Support operational requirements - answering phones and emails
Supporting in running yard checks
Complete driver debriefs
Ad hoc support as required
Must have good level of English written and spoken. You will be dealing with customers and drivers on the phone and in person so good communication skills are needed.
Previous experience in a similar role in transport would be preferred.

4 on 4 off Rota days 06 : 00 - 18 : 00 & nights 18 : 00 - 06 : 00
