A highly commended Top 100 law firm are looking to bolster their thriving Commercial practice with the addition of an experienced Principal Associate / Legal Director (6+ years PQE).

Job title will be dependent upon experience. The position comes with a genuine track for progression, excellent quality work, and the new hire will be given hands on management responsibilities working closely with and leading their outstanding team of lawyers across their UK offices.

The Opportunity

This is a truly stand out senior level opportunity to join a leading team that handle the full breadth of Commercial work.

You will ideally have an already established client and contact network within the industry (following not required) but must be well connected, with strong billings demonstrated year on year and demonstrable expertise in drafting and negotiating a variety of documentation and commercial agreements related to matters in a range of sectors including IT (managed services, SaaS, software licensing, technology procurement etc), engineering, manufacturing and financial services.

The team also handle work in the public sector and tackle multimillion pound software procurements for household names.

The firm will provide a challenging caseload and exposure to high end clients both in the UK and overseas. Much of the work will have an international element and you will work alongside top performing lawyers and Partners.

This is a fantastic role with the opportunity to build your own practice, take an active role in business development, and develop your managerial experience within the team.

For the right candidate there are very realistic Partnership prospects.

The role comes with a fantastic flexible working arrangement, with the ability to work at least 2-3 days per week from home.
