You'll be trained to join one of many brands in the Group, working Monday to Friday. There will be opportunities to change brand, work hard and be promoted up the call centre ladder and even apply for roles in our operational branches - your career with us is what you make of it!
What will you be doing?
You will be a key member of our contact centre team, working between 35 and 40 hours per week and responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our customers from inbound calls .
You will be resolving a range of customer queries in your section alongside colleagues, working together towards your combined goals.
