Who are we?

    What will you be doing?

    You will be a key member of our contact centre team, working between 35 and 40 hours per week and responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our customers from inbound calls .

    You will be resolving a range of customer queries in your section alongside colleagues, working together towards your combined goals.

    The core responsibilities of your job will be :

  • To take full ownership of all incoming customer enquiries, being proactive with each customer to make sure details are updated
  • To work in a quick and efficient manner with minimal disruption for the customer and a speedy resolution
  • To consistently give excellent customer service when resolving many customer enquiries.

    To succeed in this role you must be a positive and motivated individual, able to deliver excellent customer service and be a team player.

    We look for :

  • Experience of working in a call centre or an environment where you regularly provide customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A track record of achieving set targets
  • An ability to make decisions quickly whilst speaking to customers
  • Someone who is open to change and innovation - common in our working environment
  • A good typing speed and someone who is comfortable with multiple systems and software .
