Senior AdministratorPermanent£23,800Milton Keynes We have an opening for an experienced administrator to join our client based in Central Milton Keynes.

You will provide a responsive, vital and professional interface with customers to ensure that regulatory functions are performed with integrity and to the highest professional standards.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Administrator will include but are not limited to : Dealing with applications referred by 'other' regulators in Jersey, Gue sey and IoM.

  • Review and process applications for local auditor and key audit partnersManage the application processUpdate application paperwork;
  • responsible for changes, revisions and updatesAssist in collecting overdue feesManaging incoming queries to the team and responding within agreed timescalesDeputising for other senior administratorsAssisting in managing applications and enquiriesCapturing and accurately recording changes and amendmentsActing as a trusted advisor to colleagues to promote high standards and pragmatic solutions to problemsProviding customer support via both the telephone helpline and email and taking responsibility for managing incoming enquiries through to their satisfactory conclusion.

    Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs The Senior Administrator needs to have : Good administrative skills, able to prioritise workload and work on own initiativeAble to pick up new systems / processes quicklyHigh standard of literacy and numeracyExcellent attention to detailA good understanding of legislation covering areas of specialist expertise (training will be given)Good understanding of the company regulations and ethical guidance, able to make decisionsStrong interpersonal skills, including very good organisational and time management skillsConfident, inquisitive, accurate and enjoys problem solvingPays attention to detail, capacity to lea quickly and a willingness to take ownership for deliverablesComputer literate, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelA proactive team player with skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you!
