As a Business Development Executive, you will report to the Sales Team Leader and will play a pivotal role in creating new business opportunities within this small but effective sales team.

This position will require you to be a self-starter as there is lots of autonomy and freedom within the role, you will be given the tools and training you need to mould the job into what you want it to be.

You must be confident in creating opportunities via cold calling and emailing and show a high level of competence in researching potential companies & prospects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Be part of a dynamic sales team and assist in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and arrange meeting with potential clients.
  • Develop a competent working understanding of product portfolio of services and its functionality.
  • Hitting monthly meetings targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Identifying new verticals for sales lead opportunities.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Maintain client database records and update details when needed.
  • International travel to events around the world
  • Key Requirements :

  • 1 year or so experience within a business development or sales role. (However, we would accept applications from hardworking and ambitious candidates with no previous experience.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability and desire to progress within tech sales.
  • High degree of self-motivation and independence.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to research and build relationships with perspective clients

  • There is a base salary of £20,000 £23,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) plus attractive commission structure.
