  • Leading Construction Documentation provider
  • Are you a mid-weight full stack developer looking for a role that gives you the opportunity to work remotely, with an exceptionally talented team, to rebuild an industry leading web application from the ground up?

We’re working exclusively with a company who are genuine market leaders in project handover documentation for the construction industry.

Established almost 20 years ago and still privately owned, their office is based in central London and they consider some of the biggest names in the construction industries as their key clients and have been involved in numerous prestigious construction projects in the UK.

You’ll be joining a small team (2 developers (1 jnr / 1 snr) and a Product Designer) at the perfect time to start on the redevelopment of their flagship product - a document management system - from the ground up.

The requirements have been gathered, designs drawn and the back-end coded; it’ll be down to you (with help from the rest of the team) to bring the front end to life using Angular, along with any other technology you feel best provides the solution.

Alongside this there are plenty of ambitious projects in the pipeline, particularly a BIM modelling application, meaning those with experience of Autodesk (particularly Forge) from a data management perspective will be highly sought.

You will have commercial experience developing JavaScript (Angular) applications and will have a working knowledge of C#, ASP.

NET and SQL. The client employs an Agile (SCRUM / Kanban) development methodology so prior knowledge / experience of this will be beneficial as will the ability to translate and communicate complex problems across a multi-functional (incl. non tech) team.

The hiring process will involve a screening call with the hiring manager (Dev Manager), during which you’ll discuss the role, key competencies and the business in general.

This will be followed by a technical assessment and a conversation with another member of the team.

The current situation with COVID-19 notwithstanding, this role is open to remote working and therefore is open to anyone who is eligible to work for a UK based company.
