Aspart of the Chief Technology Office this product team is responsible formanaging the processes and application development for a cornerstone of firm’sTechnology Portfolio management.
The Standards, Engineering and ArchitectureLibrary (SEAL) is vital platform that is utilised by nearly every Technologyteam across the firm.
SEAL is the system of record for the usage of TechnologyProducts and the inventory of Applications developed and utilised by JPMorganChase.
The application is undergoing a significant technologytransformation to become the S2’ platform during 2019. This effort willoverhaul the application’s development approach, underlying technologyinfrastructure, user experience and application interface (API) integrationwith other systems, especially the Software Development Lifecycle Toolchain.
The team is based in both Bournemouth and Bangalore.
BS / BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues
Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa
Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and resource planning
Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Familiarity and practice of operational process reengineering work is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of User Experience (UX) design, straight through processing (STP) and exception-based workflows will be advantageous.
Practical experience of either Operational process management or Technology Product deployment (SDLC, Packaging etc) will be useful.
