The Communications and Engagement Senior Associate manage the execution of internal communications strategies, working closely with senior members of different teams.

You will focus on designing and executing communications programs that contribute to improved business clarity, pride in our work, enhanced performance, better experiences for our people and, ultimately, transformational impact for our clients.

As PS grows and evolves, you will need to work closely with various stakeholders to communicate our strategy, capabilities and differentiators consistently across all geographies and career stages.

Primary Responsibilities :

Reinforce our focus on digital business transformation and showcase how our work drives impact through client transformation

Inspire our people by helping them understand & connect to our shared culture and values

Contribute to and support our people’s capability to own their growth, shape their careers and evolve with our changing environment

Celebrate and recognize our people’s contributions and encourage behaviours that support our strategy

Advocate for diversity & inclusion in our workspaces, finding opportunities to support this company priority through communications

Partner with business and marketing counterparts to create and share timely company announcements and brand messaging

A natural storyteller, you will seek out interesting people and customer stories which bring our purpose to life and

A creative at heart, you will seek out dynamic ways to convey key messages, taking us off of email and into different content platforms

you’ll be expected to measure the impact of your internal communication campaigns

What are we looking for in you?

Proven experience in internal and / or external communications

Ability to lead, manage, collaborate and influence

Strong project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to measure effectiveness of internal programs

Ability to provide strategic counsel to senior executives and quickly gain credibility

Creative and innovative thinker, with a penchant to lead with curiosity and to start with why

Self-starter who can work autonomously while collaborating with dispersed corporate marketing team and subject matter experts, as required

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field

Master’s degree is preferred, or other evidence of continued learning
