What will I be doing?
Working as part of an account unit, making a significant contribution in terms of revenue & profit from existing and new clients
Supporting the development of client partnerships at the trusted advisor level
Proactively driving development and growth across our key clients with guidance from account leads
Designing innovative winning proposals & pitches in response to complex, challenging briefs
Delivering impactful end to end qualitative research from set-up, design and execution of projects
Collaborating with other specialists to bring the best of Ipsos to clients
Managing resources / workloads across the project teams
Supporting building of capability within the team, identifying and nurturing star performers
Networking both internally and externally

What do I need to bring with me?
A strong track record of successfully leading studies across the product lifecycle
Experience working on pharmaceutical brands and / or vaccines highly preferred
Interest in working with a wide range of clients and across diseases
Ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their clinical trial process, working with and influencing their agencies, to create great work
Thorough knowledge and experience of the principles of ad-hoc research techniques; including groups, in-depth, and online communities
Experience across a range of studies covering different business need (including but not limited to : opportunity assessments, patient / HCP journey and communications / campaign testing)
Experience with more innovative methods will be a positive addition to your application : e.g social intelligence analytics, VR, AR, sensors, and Curation / Trends / Futures
Expert in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight - Enjoying the challenge of breaking down complex topics and briefs, turning it into engaging studies with impactful results
