We are now recruiting for a National Accounts Specialist to join our team in Hitchin, to provide a single point of contact and be the face of the Customer within our business.
Specialists are required to react in order to find the right solution to minimize response times to get Customers back on track as quickly as possible with minimum disruption.
This will be a full time, permanent role.

Management of all work orders for assigned Customers, working closely with our branches ensuring KPS's are managed and adhered to for reactive maintenance visits, quoted works and PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance), to ensure a smooth running of our clients operation
Accurate invoicing in line with account requirements
Customer specific portals and processes to be managed and communicated to the branches and engineering workforce
Attend client service reviews and provide regular reporting on service performance to the management team and Customers

Previous experience within an account management role
Great analytical and problem solving skills
Experience of achieving on set targets and KPI's
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with both colleagues and clients
Excellent communication skills
Confident telephone manner
