We are actively looking for our Revenue Controller. You are the business partner that will drive actions and impact the business.
You will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, win for the team mentality, a perfect combination of analytical and soft skills to translate insights into clear recommendations.
The key responsibilities for you are :
Deliver value by providing impactful data and analysis and by being a reliable and unbiased Business Partner who challenge and support the Sales teams.
Critical role to ensure strong governance and controls over trade investment (TI) budget. Responsible for Month-end process which includes preparing accruals, submitting journals, validating financial records in line with Coty policy and Balance sheet reconciliation for relevant accounts.
Actively drive cash collection and oversee status of payments to and from customers working closely with AR / AP teams.
SPOC for the external and internal audit processes and SOX controls around Sales activities
Contribute to the Trade funds forecast process (calendar, key inputs, training of Sales key users). Responsible for assumptions validation and understanding key drivers of change and R&Os, for ROI assessment of activities
Understand customer goals and strategies. Help the account teams to achieve these goals by providing timely and accurate analysis and actuals reporting and by proactively challenging and advising them on strategies.
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
At least 2 years’ working experience in the FMCG industry in a business or financial role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preference in business administration / finance (not mandatory)
Strong sense of accountability

Specific experience required :
Month-end process : US GAAP understanding, experience in preparing journal entries and variance analysis between actuals and forecast
Confident SAP, SAP HANA and Excel user
Trade funds management experience (promo, gate fees, co-marketing, returns, rebates etc)
Personal interest in working with systems and data analysis is preferable
