    Markyate office location

    Full time temp maternity cover - mininmum 6 month contract with the possibility of extension

    £22,000 with increase after 6 month probation to £25,000 + bonus potential

    The role :

  • Maintain regular customer contact to update on progress of contracts where necessary
  • Manager customer query emails to ensure queries are logged and tracked accordingly
  • Liaisre with suppliers to resolve customers account and billing queries
  • Liasing with all areas of : Energy, Busines Insurance and Telecommunications
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating these where necessary
  • Liaise internally with all sales personnel to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist with the loading of contracts to all suppliers as well as assisting with any arising issues
  • Call listening and sales auditing to ensure saales are running inline with industry complaiance guidelines
  • General day to day administrative duties
