Markyate office location
Full time temp maternity cover - mininmum 6 month contract with the possibility of extension
£22,000 with increase after 6 month probation to £25,000 + bonus potential
The role :
Maintain regular customer contact to update on progress of contracts where necessary
Manager customer query emails to ensure queries are logged and tracked accordingly
Liaisre with suppliers to resolve customers account and billing queries
Liasing with all areas of : Energy, Busines Insurance and Telecommunications
Handling customer complaints and escalating these where necessary
Liaise internally with all sales personnel to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner
Assist with the loading of contracts to all suppliers as well as assisting with any arising issues
Call listening and sales auditing to ensure saales are running inline with industry complaiance guidelines
General day to day administrative duties
