This role is an interesting and varied Talent Acquisition role working for an international service provider that offers workspace solutions to a wide range of clients from sole traders to FTSE 100 companies and this service offering spans across the world.
In this role you will be responsible for the proactive sourcing of candidates in the EMEA region, using advertisement channels, existing talent pools and social media to increase candidate awareness to build a pipeline of quality candidates.
This role offers Hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office in central London for 1 day a week.
Have full ownership of your assigned vacancies and proactively source candidates by using various channels, tools and social media
Screen candidates to ensure a quality calibre of CV’s are presented to the hiring managers
Provide a professional service to internal and external engagements
Establish and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline
Positively promote the company brand when speaking with potential candidates
Work with stakeholders to understand both current and future resourcing needs
Provide support during assessment centres
Required Skills and Experience
Experience of direct sourcing channels
Knowledge gained either internally, agency or in an RPO environment
Strong stakeholder management experience
Confident and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude, with the ability the stay calm when under pressure.
