Experience of successfully creating policies, guidance notes, templates and advice based upon complex legislation, and conflicting requirements.
Proven experience of producing Privacy Notices and associated consent, objection and Ts&Cs content preferred.
Experience of reviewing, amending and creating commercial contracts.
Experience of providing DP / GDPR training, and creation of training and comms materials would be a bonus.
Ability to develop approaches / options for solution delivery.
Show experience of having supported programme delivery by 'thinking business whilst considering the law'.
Used to operating within organisations without highly structured governance and procedural guidelines.
