Overview

  • To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • To follow company procedures and processes to maintain the security of stock, customer records and cash handling.
  • To communicate all potential health and safety risks to the Store Manager / GM and ensure any actions complies with Company safety and security procedures at all times.
  • To be able to effectively manage and run a shop floor of over 30 employees.
  • To take every opportunity to capture customer data on order to expand the Hugo Boss UK database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • To resovle customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigatng problems, developing solutions and making appropiate recommendations.
  • Preferably has been Store Manager before in a smaller store.
  • To be able to delegate roles to staff and be able to give constructive feedback when needed.
  • Able to speak daily to a large team giving important information in a clear manner
