The Technical Services Analyst is part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, managing and monitoring hardware, software and voice systems.
The Analyst will deliver key projects within the IT department and the broader business in addition to day to day duties.
You will form part of the Technical Services team who ensure that IT infrastructure and systems are up to date and running smoothly.
Our dedicated Service Desk team handles regular end-user support; however, the Technical Services Analyst may need to assist third line support with the resolution of major incidents.
Successful candidates will be required to work between 09 : 00 and 17 : 00 Monday to Friday and provide additional cover as required.
The role may require occasional travel to our nationwide, regional offices, and candidates may need to be away from base for more than one night at a time, depending on the project work.
Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate will need excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical people as well as being able to quickly understand new systems and technology.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach to daily tasks, as well as being able to work in a team environment.
Organisation and the ability to multitask and be adaptable to change is key. A valid UK full driving license is essential.
