Develop a detailed knowledge of the advanced varieties and assist with the variety description and selection for the UK market in connection with the breeding and sales team
Represent KWS in relevant UK organisations (AHDB, BSPB etc.).

Prepare and present the candidate defence file
Organize the seed submission for application to the UK officials.
Integrate in the Oilseed Rape breeding team international and all KWS services units to ensure well working breeding processes and collegial interactions.
Your profile :
You hold a MSc in Plant breeding or in a relevant discipline.
Several years’ experience working for a breeding company, including three and half years as a breeding assistant, preferably in a Winter Oilseed Rape breeding program
Relevant crop protection and health and safety training
Excellent English language skills
You are known to possess leadership qualities and ability to drive change, be trustworthy and reliable. Excellent communication skills are required for this position to work efficiently with an international team of breeders and researchers.
You are known to be the expert in your field of work meaningly, be aware of scientific developments and current affairs in agriculture and breeding.
