Here at Steradians', we are currently looking for two people to work as Sales Order Processor s at our site in Warnell, Cumbria, to act a the main point of contact for our customers, helping with pricing enquiries and ensure that all customer orders are processed in line with the business needs and within agreed timescales, and to establish and maintain efficient relationships with suppliers and customers and maintain the smooth running of customer orders and deliveries on a daily basis.

What does the role involve?
As a Sales Order Processor , you will be responsible for adding quotations and orders onto the Steradians' CRM system (SAP) including the addition of the required drawings for production (training will be given).
You learn to assist with detailing customer material requirements and provide processing support as required to other members of the sales team.
Working alongside all other internal departments, you will ensure the highest level of customer service is offered to Steradians' customers at all times and work closely with and provide support to the business development and external sales teams to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised.
