Kare Plus Norwich are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to work in our busy Norwich office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Building relationships with staff and clients.
  • Building relationships with local CHC and Social Services authorities.
  • Coordinating staff and clients rosters, using our online system Newcare, along with the PASS system.
  • Following CQC guidelines and policies and ensuring they are up to date.
  • Rota based on-call out of hours duties.

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care
