Position Summary : The Document Auditor / Administration Clerk is responsible for ensuring that information is entered swiftly and accurately into our systems.

Shift times are 17.00 - 20.00, covering 15 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work extra hours when needed. Key Responsibilities :

  • Processing information from invoices and packages.
  • Checking drivers on return to centre, scanning International packages
  • Matching invoices to shipments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Management team.
  • Key Skills and Experience :
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good PC skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Flexible, friendly attitude required.
  • Attention to detail whilst working in a fast paced, pressurised environment
