  • We are currently accepting resumes for an Executive Assistant with Sales Support experience for our Irvine, CA office.

    The successful candidate should be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company.

    The position will primarily function in assisting senior management staff, but will also have some sales support duties including working with our CRM, NetSuite, to run reports, develop proposals and respond to RFP's.

    Responsibilities :

  • Assist senior management staff
  • Assist various departments with administrative projects
  • Assist Sales Team with Estimates, Proposals and RFP responses
  • Light accounting review
  • Make periodic phone calls, Client Support
  • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years experience in assisting executive management
  • Exceptional organizational skills - Advanced Excel and PPT ability a MUST
  • Good phone skills / Customer Service
  • General to advanced knowledge about internet and websites
  • Friendly, good attitude, willing to learn our processes and multi-task
  • Light accounting experience a plus
  • 1-2 years NetSuite or another CRM experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
