An opportunity has arisen with our client, a fast-growing business based in Reading, offering automotive related services.
Working as a key member of the Service and Repairs team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service over the phone and will have the ability to diffuse any complaints.
You will be joining a busy and friendly team within a fast-paced office environment.
Your responsibilities will include :
The ideal candidate will need to have previous customer service experience, ideally gained within an office environment and either experience within the automotive industry or a keen interest in cars which is evident from your CV.
You will have a great telephone manner, good basic PC skills and strong attention to detail, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
