Overview & Responsibilities The Global Solutions and Services Operations Analyst is responsible for the delivery of operational insights and reporting for the Solutions Architecture and Strategic Pursuit functions within GSS (Global Solutions and Services).

Maintaining and delivering reporting capabilities on initiatives that identify trends, leading indicators and publishing scorecards and reports.

Delivering insights and trends that support GSS’s operational excellence initiatives in the Solution Architecture and Pursuit function within EMEA.

The successful candidate will work with the GSS Leadership to understand requirements and expectations for regular and adhoc requests to meet analytical data needs of the business unit.

Working closely with management to prioritise business and information needs.

The key remit is having the ability to maximise and improve reporting and drive operational excellence.

This role requires enhancing existing management and business unit reporting delivered on a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence to the Solutioning leadership.

Role focus : + Delivering insight to support the resourcing of opportunities and investment + Reviewing insight and strategies based on Salesforce, RFP 365, Qlikview and PowerBI + Identifying and reporting on trends and patterns found within the data + Making recommendations for business and process improvement + Define, document, implement and track process flows for related strategies + Recommend updates to existing methods, procedures and process documentation + Designing & monitoring of capabilities + Leading business insight to supportupgrade / upsell and resourcing of opportunities Qualifications + Executes defined reporting project analysis, benefits, structured analysis, context workflow mapping etc.

  • Serves as champion to drive adoption of recommended procedures with all stakeholders + Leads data analysis and reporting work for effective business decisions + Project Management experience : ability to run meetings, track project scope and progress + Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyse, and translate data sets with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Qualifications : + Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio + Reporting tools experience e.

    Power BI + Ability to function in fast paced, deliverable driven environment + Ability to think strategically and to manage and resolve conflicting / competing priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Talent to research, understand, access and foster best practices, quality and process efficiencies.
