The Dimensions team supports adults in supported living environments across different locations including Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Smethwick and Tipton.

We are looking for Relief Support Workers who can work alone to support people to live as independently as possible and to achieve person centred outcomes.

Shifts will need to be covered across locations covering morning and afternoon shifts, as well as sleep in shifts and wake night shifts.

The people we support all live in their own homes and have a variety of support needs including support with personal care, hoisting, dysphagia and medication.

Along with these support needs we support individuals to live the lives they want, including supporting them on activities, visiting family, going on holiday and promoting independence through active support.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of existing teams and to make a real difference. You will be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota.

Experience of supporting people with autism and complex behaviours would be advantageous, however, full training and induction will be provided.

being a driver would be an advantage.
