As a Graduate Academic Mentor you will be allocated a core group of students that you will support and mentor on an individual and group basis.

You will gain a fascinating insight into what it takes to be an outstanding teacher and mentor, as well as gaining more responsibility as your confidence grows.

You will primarily be working within the schools GCSE students, presenting yourself as a go to for academic, emotional and personal support for a core group of students.

You may be required to work closely with subject teachers, members of the Senior Leadership Team and parents to give advice, support and guidance.

paced, high pressure situations.
