As part of the Reverse Logistics Group, the Technology & Product group supports all aspects of product definition, development, operation, and support.
We are currently looking for a new member of our Engineering team within this group, in the role as :
Business Analyst - DRS (m / f / d)
Your key responsibilities :
As a DRS Business Analyst, you will be responsible for interpretation of customer requirements in order to define and enhance the Deposit Return System (DRS) product for specific customers.
You will work closely with RLG’s product management and product owner, as well as the customer, so that customer needs can be appropriately analysed, documented, modelled, and transitioned to the development teams.
You will be an important member of development Sprint demos, representing a part of the voice of the customer , but at the same time, will recognise RLG’s need for product uniformity.
You will lead DRS, delivering innovative solutions to customer challenges. You will draw upon deep business acumen, exemplary product, program / project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating reliable and maintainable systems.

This role will be UK-based, but with regular time spent with the customer in Glasgow, Scotland, as well as visits to RLG’s HQ in Munich, Germany.
Extended time at the customer location will be required at key milestones. In this, you will be a key representative of RLG and the DRS programme.
Your key responsibilities include :
Work with the DRS Product Owner and an RLG Scrum Master to drive an Agile product lifecycle of a Scrum team, including assistance with user-journey elaboration, stories, etc.
Ability to work with customers and internal RLG product teams to identify solutions to problems, aligned both with customer needs, and the RLG product roadmap
Provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer, business and technology needs
Support testing of the DRS product and changes, both internally and with the customer
Your Profile :
8+ years of industry experience as a product or program manager within a technology environment
Business / Process Analyst experience is a plus
Bachelors or Masters in a technology-focused business degree, such as Management Information Systems, or a technology-focused MBA
Familiarity with Cloud solutions, workflow modelling and UX / UI, including mock-up UI tools
Detail-oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters; problem solving skills are a must
Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership
