What you'll do

I the role of Sales Specialist for the UKI Specialists team you will have full ownership and responsibility for leading the client sales activities around our digital workspace & collaboration solutions, ensuring the achievement of significant revenue growth targets that support the company’s objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic market.

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced sales professional who will develop and execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share and build the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities :

  • You will provide strong leadership, vision, and become the trusted advisor to our customers on transforming the way people work.
  • You will build and implement a strategy to leverage Cisco to expand the footprint of our Collaboration technologies.
  • You will produce an overarching sales strategy and vision for rapid revenue generation and new customer acquisition.
  • You will build and lead a team of internal, external and ecosystem partners.
  • You will be accountable for the attainment of assigned financial performance targets.
  • You will track, understand, and capitalise on buying trends and patterns.
  • You will maintain a broad knowledge of the business economics and trends of the industries and vertical markets in which one's customers conduct business, and knowledge of how Cisco solutions add financial and strategic value.
  • You will establish policies, processes, and procedures that will ensure revenue growth.
  • Who you are

  • You are creative and results-driven senior sales executive with 3+ years of Workplace application sales experience and 5+ years of sales experience.
  • You must have experience of engaging with technical stakeholders within customer accounts, demonstrating a clear technical understanding of Collaboration requirements and solutions.
  • You have a demonstrated track record, leading significant revenue responsibility and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals in the SaaS industry.
  • Business Development and strategy experience required.

  • You've got a strong sales track record, coupled with strong leadership skills, building effective customer relationships, creating and communicating a compelling vision for the organisation and achieving significant results.
  • You are an excellent communicator with expertise in leading sales opportunities in cross functional teams.
  • You have experience in building value-based and consultative sales teams selling to VP and C level executives.
  • You have the ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management
  • You possess the sales skills, drive, and passion to succeed in a high-speed, innovative, collaborative environment.
  • You are a creative, out of the box thinker, someone who likes to take risks.

    You’ll work in a team focused on Cisco’s top ten global accounts in the UK, alongside the account teams, collaboration technical solutions architects, and customer experience teams.
