The Partner Alliance Representative will play a key role in achieving Logitech’s growth objectives for its Video Collaboration business by driving go-
to-market and partnership enablement activities with Logitech’s ecosystem partners. The Partner Alliance Representative will support the partnership and facilitate co-
marketing and co-selling initiatives to increase awareness, generate demand, and support channel sales opportunities.

In this role you will lead efforts to increase alignment, mutual understanding, and trust with alliance partners.
Support the alliance at a corporate level and in the field to ensure a healthy and successful mutually beneficial relationship.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Manage how Logitech is perceived by the partner and how the partnership is perceived by Logitech
Engage in go-to-market opportunities with the partner
Proactively establish sales mapping with the partner’s sales teams globally, provide sales enablement and training support
In collaboration with marketing and regional sales teams, support partner-focused field events
Work with partner and Logitech regional marketing teams, assist with go-to-market initiatives such as channel offers / promotions and joint sales pursuits
Leverage demo centers and other customer immersion opportunities to generate awareness
Track progress, including coordinating the definition and reporting of KPIs
Develop and execute on seeding and trial / pilot programs
Support product roadmap sessions and identify joint innovation opportunities
Key Qualifications :
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team :
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, customer success or business development
Experience in defining and managing go-to-market initiatives
Familiarity with video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration markets.
Experience with SaaS-based collaboration technologies
Ability to demonstrate account planning competency, ability to prioritize work and strong time management skills
Experience with project or program management
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Good understanding of social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn and Twitter) as a marketing and networking tool
Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational and project management skills
