    The opportunity.

    We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who can elevate and drive brand partnerships across our luxury sector. The Brand Partnerships Manager will deliver market-leading campaigns that disrupt the industry, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager (Luxury).

    The responsibility.

    As part of this role, you will be a key contact for our luxury brand partners, working with them to create commercially successful marketing campaigns.

    You will lead supplier funding negotiations and measure the success of all campaigns based on commercial and marketing KPIs, implementing learnings for future campaigns to ensure the category is always developing.

    The role will oversee all paid and organic campaigns.

  • Manage brand partner marketing and supplier funding negotiations
  • Build and nurture excellent relationships with all key partners and suppliers, acting as an ambassador and representative for FLANNELS
  • Project manage all brand campaigns throughout the season, from conception through to implementation
  • Work with the wider Marketing functions to deliver seasonal brand campaigns within the allocated timeframe and within budget
  • Review of campaigns on completion, producing reports for all brand partnerships campaigns to measure effectiveness and work with relevant teams to identify trends and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Maintain the marketing calendar for FLANNELS and ensure effective communication of all campaign activities and updates to key stakeholders
  • Manage the category marketing budget including negotiating funding from brand partners, invoicing following activity and meeting department targets
  • Proactively pitch to new brand partners and identify opportunities. Prepare presentations for brand pitches
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments within the business including Commercial, Content Creation, Social, Retail, Influencer Partnerships, PR and E-Commerce
  • Manage the Brand partnerships Assistant to ensure key projects are supported and department administration is maintained
  • The person.

    Minimum 3+ year’s prior experience in marketing, ideally within a Partnerships role planning, executing and measuring 360 campaigns

    Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

    Excellent organisational and project management skills

    A brilliant manager, with the ability to motivate and lead the team

    Experience managing budgets and in negotiation

    Keen interest in and understanding of the luxury fashion industry

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Demonstrate attention to detail

    Ability to work well in a fast paced and exciting environment

    Proficient in the following programmes : Excel and Microsoft Office programmes, Keynote, Powerpoint

    University degree preferred but not essential

    Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
