Fantastic Opportunity Experienced branch manager required to oversee their branch in the Cannock area

The Company :
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care service provider that requires an experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the effective growth of their branch in Cannock.
They support and care for the elderly and they take a family approach, caring as much for their team as they expect them to care for their clients.
The role :
This role at their friendly Cannock branch and you will be managing 2-3 office staff, 20 carers and overseeing the effective delivery of 700 hours / week.
There will be a requirement to help out with on-call duties, 1 week in 4, however due to the hours currently being delivered, it will be very quiet.
The Person :
You will be a personable, positive and essentially strong registered branch manager and ideally have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care for the elderly.
You will have a good understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry and have the ability to positively maintain Good CQC scores across the board.
You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards.
You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
NVQ level 5 is desirable but not essential.

The Salary :
Up to £30K dependent on experience & Excellent Benefits
