You could be someone who has experience working in care having looked after a relative or have absolutely no experience at all but would like the chance to help others.
Whatever you have done before we will give you award winning training and ensure you are Continuously Professionally Developed and supported throughout.
The only thing we insist upon is that you have your own transport and are happyt o undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
We do not insist on any formal qualifications but the role requires very good communication skills, common sense, reliability and a caring personality.
You will also need your own transport to enable you to get to peoples homes.
