REPORTING INTO : Senior Reward Manager

CAREER DEVELOPMENT PATH : Managing or Specialising

Summary :

As a member of the performance & reward team, this role will lead key complex technical based activities within the reward annual cycle, using analytical skills, knowledge and insight to meet legislative and regulatory pay reporting requirements.

Role Accountabilities :

Plan and lead complex technical reward activities within the annual pay cycle

Provide advice, recommendations and expertise for compensation plan design and roll-out

Provide detailed insight and analysis to key annual reward related activities, influencing reward strategy, policy and procedures

Plan and deliver performance and reward MI requirements

Lead activities relating to legislative and regulatory pay reporting requirements, including required regulatory tracking

Implement system (Workday) changes and processes as required, including roll-out to business / HR users

Provide technical advice / solutions to compensation, equity and executive matters

Provide insight and advice to support continuous improvement and management within risk and controls framework

Work with external providers to provide market data and trends that inform the annual cycle.

Experience / Skills :

Recent and proven experience (ideally 2-4 years) in a HR Consultant / Senior Advisor / Analyst role, preferably reward focused

Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Advanced Excel skills including knowledge and use of : vlookups, pivot tables, IF statements

Experience of working with large sets of data (1000s) and applying manipulation techniques

Ability to analyse, interpret and summarise succinctly to senior stakeholders and clients

Experience of using a HRIS

Ability to use careful judgement, utilise differing perspectives, resolve complicated issues.

Desirable :

Educated to degree level, preferably a bachelor science degree.

HR / Reward related qualification (e.g. CIPD).

Knowledge, use and understanding of Excel VBA (macro coding).
