We have a great opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our busy Property Services Commercial Management Team. We're all working from home right now, but when we do start safely returning to the office, your base location will be our new head office in Basingstoke.
The focus of this role is to manage the Lift contracts with a view to becoming the Lifts Authorised Person (AP). As a Contract Manager, you will provide operational contract performance management for a portfolio of allocated contracts and projects in our Cyclical Servicing team, taking the lead in the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance.

You should have demonstrable experience in a similar role in Contract management, preferably with a background in property or construction.
Ideally, you'll also have :
Lifts experience is desirable but we're open to other compliance areas)
There may be some travel required with this role across our operating area so you should have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be happy to travel.
