Job Description :

Our client is a leading B2B Travel agency and they are looking for a Implementation Project Manager to join their onboarding team in London.

The role of Implementation Project Manager requires an individual that can manage timelines, highlight risks, provide status reports to the line manager and customer.

You will conduct business in an efficient and professional manner whilst managing day to day implementation workload. Adhering to company procedures and guidelines, you will work closely with all departments involved in each project

Main Responsibilities :

  • Communicate impact of any implementation issues to the business
  • Assist in resolving implementation issues as they arise
  • Maintain an accurate ongoing / rolling Implementation Plan
  • Maintain a solid relationship with our internal Business Partners
  • Maintain extremely high standards in respect to customer service
  • Agree project objectives for own implementations
  • Make sure all aims of project are met
  • Lead client implementation meetings, managing associated meeting admin
  • Manage a detailed implementation plan for all new customers
  • Coordinate and prioritise project tasks
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure implementations run smoothly
  • Review regularly to ensure timeframes are achievable and on schedule
  • Identify anyone not meeting deadlines and escalate as appropriate on behalf of the team where appropriate
  • Ensure the implementation document is kept up to date and distributed at all times
  • Ensure all procedures are tested and issues are identified prior to go live and reported internally and externally if necessary
  • Ensure teams are fully briefed on all new business

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing business strategy
