Our Community Outcome Support Workers are committed to delivering an exciting and unique support service, focusing on a client's outcomes and what matters to them.

The Role of a Community Outcome Support Worker : . A Driving Licence is essential for this position, as well as experience within the Healthcare industry.

Number of Hours - 20 hours covering shifts of 7am - 2pm, 4pm - 11pm, including weekends. The role involves supporting individuals in your local community with their independence, dignity and quality of life being of the highest importance.

Responsibilities include; personal care, meal preparation, medication and other duties outlined within their personal care plan.
