The Golden Letter is a stationery design studio, and currently looking for an admin to help with the smooth running of the business.
Initially a one day per week role, this is likely to increase to two days per week later in the year.
This is purely an admin role, other than occasional stationery assembly, there is no creative or design work involved.
This job is based from a home office / studio.
Hours : 10am - 3pm - Days : extremely flexible.
Duties to include (but not limited to) :
Invoicing and accounts
Ordering supplies and assisting with print runs.
Arranging courier deliveries
Post office runs
Paperwork, filing and general office admin.
Emails and quotes
Who am I looking for? You are organised, thorough, ask questions when something isn't clear. Happy to get Stuck in with whatever the day holds.
Confident using a PC and MS Office- has the potential to grow the role in the future.
The ideal candidate :
Has a wealth of prior admin and account / bookkeeping experience.
Native English speaker (or near native / fluent)
Is happy to work in a casual home environment.
