What will you be doing?

You'll have access to the best national quality work and learn from leaders in their field in a role that is wide ranging and diverse, including bank security reviews, bank and investor led restructuring, turnarounds, LPA receivership appointments, business sales and acquisitions, through to support of technical insolvency issues and directors duties advice.

In the main the work is non-contentious, with some opportunities to work with lawyers that provide contentious insolvency support.

known retail operators and commercial property portfolios and advising landlords, creditors and supervisors in relation to retail CVAs.

We’ve acted for administrators on issues arising from the trading and sale of care home group responsible for 1400 residents, hotel, and manufacturing groups including issues with international subsidiaries, two special administrations under the Investment Bank Special Administration regime, the administration and transfer of the customer book of an independent wealth manager and the administration and sale of a law firm.
