This is a fantastic career development opportunity as the Supported Living Manager will have the opportunity to develop 2 services in the region providing support for adults with learning disabilities and associated conditions.
My client’s focus will be on an empowering model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
The Supported Living Manager will ensure that the service maximises positive outcomes and achieves the highest standards of service delivery, contract and CQC compliance.
Full-time staff work 39 per week plus sleep-in duties when required. Shifts are worked over a 24-hour, 7-day rota. You will be required to work a flexible shift pattern covering a full range of shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
Shift patterns are determined by the needs of the service and may be varied by management according to those needs.
