The department of health, Science, Childcare and Education is looking to appoint a suitably qualified individual to the role of Course Leader, with responsibilities for the development of Adult Education and the Access to childcare courses.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate, through prior achievement, their passion, commitment and drive, to plan and implement significant and rapid change within a relevant subject sector.
The department is looking to appoint an individual who can bring their expertise and skills in childcare, health and adult Education to the department.
They will be tasked with optimising the growth potential for AEB and Access to Childcare, to include outstanding retention, achievement and pass rates, targets to see positive progression to Higher Education, alongside teaching, leading a team and ensuring outstanding quality and compliance.
Exemplary time management, prior experience of leading a team including coaching and mentoring would be a significant advantage in this role.
