The role of the Office Manager is a busy one; there is always plenty to do so we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day to day duties.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day to day running of the administration process across the academy.

You will be responsible for a small team and therefore previous supervisory experience is essential, along with exceptional organisation skills.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office, receptions, and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.

The working basis of this role is 37 hours per week during Term Time plus 1 additional week during inset. Please consult the Job Description for further details.

The remuneration offered is between £22,961 - £26,124 (full-time equivalent) with a pro rata salary of £19,376 - £22,045 per annum, based on experience.

    Working with Leigh Academies Trust : As of September 2019, our Trust is comprised of 25 geographically organised academies (11 secondaries, 13 primaries and 1 special) educating over 15,000 students, and employing over 2,500 talented staff.

  • We also have three further academies in development phase, due to open between September 2020-2021. The Trust is establishing four clusters’ of academies : North West Kent;
  • Central Kent; South East London; Medway. In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training providers and a large teaching school.
