We are looking for someone who is creative and has passion and flair, who can think outside of the box, to influence decision makers and business owners on how to improve recruitment, retention and development processes and outcomes.
Experience working within a social care recruitment role or within the social care sector is essential to help to consultatively coach and support with recruitment & retention best practice.
The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of recruitment and retention techniques and the challenges within the social care sector and have knowledge of the candidate journey from beginning to end.

Interviews will be held on week commencing 7 & 14 December
We have some flexibility on how the 30 hours can split and a discussion can be had to determine what works best for both you and the team.
Please note, we are also working remotely at the moment so some work from home will be required and equipment will be provided.
