This well-established screen protection company have been established since 2007. They specialise in the protection of the screens and for various devices of their products, which includes back, sides and front for invisible, bulk-free protection.

This protects mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and more from scratches without a case Their product is so thin you'll hardly notice it's there.

This company who specialise in screen protection for various devices are looking to recruit a business administration apprentice for their rapidly expanding administration team.

Responsibilities :

This company are currently seeking to appoint an apprentice administrative assistant to join their expanding global business, to work in their head office. The role will involve

  • Day to day admin (Full training will be provided)
  • Stock Control including placing orders and tracking
  • Making telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Conducting and perform research studies
  • Problem solving
  • Schedule meetings / attend and plan meetings
  • Taking detailed minutes
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Involvement in recruitment
  • Assisting in Customer Service
  • Shipping orders to customers
  • Dealing with external and internal clients
  • Skills Required :

  • First-rate IT Skills
  • Excellent organisation skills,
  • Always being punctual
  • Showing initiative
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal Requirements :

    The individual will be expected to have

  • Proficient Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • This person must always be required to act in a professional manner. The basic salary will be discussed at the interview Full-time;
  • 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
