This is a customer facing role, managing the relationship with BMW / MINI customers who have their vehicles serviced and repaired by us.
You must be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Maths, English and one other subject grades A* to C / 9-
4, with an appetite for learning and a commitment to being a positive team player .
Your role will be focused on dealing with customers, who have high expectations and a varied range of needs and demands.
As a result, you need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport, as well as a desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
You’ll learn, grow and develop with us - building a fascinating, challenging and exciting career from the ground-up.
All Service Advisor Trainees attend the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire for their off-the-job training. The training programme will have a strong focus on the retail environment and the high customer service expectations of BMW & MINI customers, as well as Service Advisor specific training.
The training takes place over a 12 month period and on successful completion of the programme, you will be a qualified Service Advisor.
You will also have a Level 2 diploma in Customer Service with an exceedingly bright future!

Essential Requirements :
Please note that due to our insurance requirements and the nature of this role, A FULL & VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL .
If you only have an automatic licence, you must declare this on your application.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
