The establishment has 50 bedrooms, 100 cover restaurant, private dining up to 15, there is a team of 8 in the kitchen.
Our client is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who has had proven experience in all fresh establishments and wants to keep learning.
You will be able to work closely with the senior chefs to maintain the current kitchen standards as well as assisting to up keep all health and safety protocols and compliance.
Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen.
Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen.
To be from an all fresh or preferably 2 rosette background.
Passionate about food and wanting to progress in your career.
You will have good knife skills and a smart, clean and tidy appearance.
You will adhere to strict hygiene control throughout the kitchen.
