Fixed Term (24 months)

Working Week : 36.25 hours per week (Monday Friday 0845-1700)

Salary : Minimum wage dependent on age We are recruiting for a Modern Apprentice within our Postgraduate Administrative Team in the School of Medicine.

You will be required to carry out various daily administrative tasks related to the planning, co-ordination and delivery of postgraduate courses in the School of Medicine.

Based in Ninewells Hospital, one of Europe’s largest teaching hospitals, the School of Medicine provides outstanding medical education and training supported by world class research facilities.

Your priorities will include :

  • Who we’re looking for :

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to respond quickly and flexibly to new requirements and demands
  • excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload and use initiative
