You will take full managerial responsibility fordesignated client accounts within our business while overseeing the operationaland financial performance for the account and reporting to the General CleaningManager.

Weare looking to recruit immediately. The stations / locations are various i.e.Brighton, Central London, Stevenage etc.

To be considered for this role you must havemanagerial experience of leading and developing a team, while ensuring clientrequirements are adhered to at all times.

  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Able to manage, train and develop a cleaning team.
  • Capable of dealing with clients at senior level.
  • Exposure of dealing with clients, attending meeting and adhering to KPI’s
  • A full driving license (no more than 3 points) (Desirable)
  • Evidence a 5-year working history to pass BS7858 Security Screening
  • Duties &Responsibilities

  • Overseerecruitment of staff within the client portfolio.
  • Ensurethat the requirements of the company’s quality objectives and standards arebeing met by promoting the company’s policies and procedures to all staff
  • Linemanagement of on-site supervisors including one-to-ones, appraisals, absenceand holiday management
  • H&SManagement including production of Method statements, Risk Assessments, COSHHAssessments and monitoring of assessments on a regular basis
  • Deliveryof induction material to new staff, maintenance of CPD, maintenance of stafftraining records
  • Selectingand ordering products and equipment to ensure cleaning standards are high
  • Updatingrostering and scheduling systems in a timely and accurate manner, arrangingcovers accordingly
  • Arranging and overseeing deep cleans
  • Visiting sites and producing quotations
  • Running adhoc construction cleans and sparklecleans (desirable)
  • Attendanceat formal client meetings as and when required with provision of meetingminutes / file records for comment and ratification by the General Manager.
