Design and support implementation of IT & business process change in the end-to-end tax management.
Support the implementation of current and new tax policies.
Ensure the benefits of technological investments are maximised.
As well as putting the customer at the centre of everything we do, we work alongside frontline business areas to improve user interactions with IT systems to promote the overall customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate you will :
Be able to understand stakeholder requirements and differing viewpoints to support the delivery of appropriate solutions.
Have solid experience of working through complex issues with directors, managers, and external stakeholders to deliver programmes of work.
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills in order to resolve conflicts of interest with stakeholders and be confident in actively developing business relationships.
Have previously worked collaboratively with business and delivery teams to investigate opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
