About the team :
Our Paas (Payments as a Service) team has been established to deliver the next generation of banking and payment products to our clients across Europe.
The team works closely with our clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition of their banking and payment services to our new platforms.
What you will be doing :
You will be at the heart of both our proven traditional infrastructure and services and the transitional journey towards our future platforms.
We need individuals who can think on their feet and roll their sleeves up and dive into detail whilst working as part of a forward-looking team focussed on the delivery of best in class solutions through timely and appropriate use of technology.
You need to be a expert in your specialism and provide leadership and direction whilst being prepared to work as part of the team that proves your design work and delivers the end solution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Build on the existing testing capability and evolve it towards a sustainable future state.
Drive strategy across key testing themes that include test automation, functional and non-functional testing, cloud and end to end test architecture plus integration.
Lead both client-facing and internal product delivery QA & testing. Provide the final assurance that the product is fit for purpose and meets the requirements specified.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Post-graduate education desired.
Evidence that you have :
Led and directed testing / QA for multiple complex multi-workstream projects and programmes.
Experienced testing leader with deep understanding of all testing tooling and methodologies.
Led on and offshore testing from an internal and external perespectve.
Experience of driving quality from the start; bringing together
experience with establishing or working under a DevOps culture, testing applications using continuous integration and deployment techniques with platform automation in an enterprise environment.

Extensive QA & technical engineering background in one or more infrastructure technology domains.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.
g., executive, management, individual contributors
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
Positive outlook, strong work ethic and responsive to internal and external customers and contacts
