Enterprise Process Architect (13497)
Location : Newbury (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Hours : Full time Mon to Fri (37.5 hours)

What will you be doing?
A great opportunity to really make a difference across Networks has been created to support the Digital transformation plan.
This Process Architect role identifies and drives the elimination of waste and simplification of end to end process within UK Networks.
Our ultimate goal is to both digitise and improve the performance of UK Networks through the creation of simple fit for purpose processes as we transition from a traditional Telco to a Technology Communications Company.
The Process Architect is responsible for the UK Networks process architecture and is accountable for assessing the impact of change on the architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement capturing and documenting new and updated business processes, business intelligence, data and information modelling.
The Process Architect works as part of the Digital Tribe alongside Solution Architects Process Owners, SME’s and members of the digital squad to identify, define and deliver process and performance improvements, and supporting the active management of the agile backlog.
Who are we looking for?
You will be a self-driven individual with a get it done mentality that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems.
You will need to be a confident communicator with strong influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills, experienced in working up to senior management level and have the ability to structure complex information and communicate in the most appropriate way to the relevant stakeholders.
Strong skills and experience in using a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques are essential, as is the desire to develop others in lean process improvement.
Degree qualified or relevant industry experience
Understanding of financials costs, benefits
Understanding of data modelling and data based solutions
Certifications Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, ITIL, Agile desirable
Understanding of telecoms network, products, services and process design highly beneficial
