My client based just outside of the City Centre is looking for a lively Billing Assistant to join a highly successful Telecommunications Business.
You will be part of a team of 5 and reporting directly into the Billing Manager. For the first few weeks you will be based remotely with a plan to return to the office in the next couple months.

Billing Assistant Duties :
Ensuring all porting activities are completed and rejects are cleared
Creating & importing new tariffs and service charges
Setting up new customers in line with company policy
Dealing with billing queries
Cease of services through Abillity
Responsible for raising accurate & timely sales invoices and credit notes in line with company guidelines
Able to produce monthly reports
Provide revenue assurance on monthly billing
Provide Fixed reconciliations
Check supplier invoices on recurring Network services side
Fully understand company Abillity platform to ensure revenue and costs are understood
Able to navigate and invoice on SAGE 200
Work out monthly and partner commissions
Billing Analyst Requirements :
Telecommunications experience is essential
Study Support on offer
Good numeracy and English literacy skills
High attention to detail
Strong excel skills
Fun out-going personality
Able to communicate to all line managers across the business
